Tags




I haven't done any 'Tags' before but i've recently been tagged twice so this is the first one aptly called 'My First Time' and the other one will be up later this week.
I was tagged by Madeline from Ring-A-Round A Rosey. Its lovely to be included in these things and they are a great way to get to know other bloggers better. 
So on to the Rules:
1. You must share the following firsts and give the story or the context behind them. 
2. You must Tag 10 other bloggers to do the tag.

Lets begin...

First Best Friend – 
My first best friend is still my best friend to this very day although I would say she is more like a sister. Our mothers were friends before we were even born and so even though we never lived in the same area, went to the same school or even live in the same country now we are still best friends. Its one of those friendships where despite how long it’s been since we’ve last spoken or seen each other as soon as we do its like a day hasn't gone past and there's never any awkward silences.

First Kiss -
God, I'd say my first proper kiss was when I was 16 and I was on holiday with my friend from high school and her family. It was a guy everyone fancied but I never thought he would be interested in me but to my surprise (and the other girls) he was :-) 

First Concert -
I would always see concerts advertised that I wanted to go to when I was younger but living in Lincolnshire away from any big venues meant it wasn’t so easy. My first concert was when I was 21. My then boyfriend bought me two tickets to see Chris Brown at London Indigo at the O2 and I took my best friend along with me (yep the same best friend from Q1).

First Celebrity Crush –
Haha oh god I’m pretty sure it was Macaulay Culkin. To be fair he was quite cute back then although still very pale and a little ill looking!! Unfortuntly he didn’t get better with age but Home Alone will always be a great family film and a must watch at Christmas!

First Word - 
No idea and my mum has a terrible memory. She tends to get me and my brothers mixed up when it comes to these kinds of questions. Whatever it was it was the start of many. I was very much the chatterbox, my granddad always said that I was only ever quiet when I was a sleep, haha.

First Pet - 
Aww it was our rabbit, Midnight. We didn't have him long when he had a fit and died. I never forget that 'Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah' was playing on TV and whenever I hear that song it reminds me of that day. Not the nicest of childhood memories!!

First Job - 
My first job was pretty cool actually, I was a lighting assistant on a show during the Edinburgh Festival in the summer holidays between year 10 and 11. I got to control the spotlight for a hit show which is still a sell out every year. My friend's dad owns the show so it was really cool to work with her over the summer holidays and earn money.

First Phone - 
My first proper mobile (the other one doesn’t count as it was my mum’s old one) was a Nokia 3310. I remember that Christmas I got it everyone and their dog got one for Christmas. Literally everyone in my school had the same phone. Then came the different cases and ring tones and of course highest scores on snake! .... ahh those were the days.

First Tweet - 
This flavour is amazing!! So happy my local Asda stock it, £3... Bargain!  
Haha what can I say, I love Ben & Jerrys!


First Make-Up - 
The first make up I tried/used was definitely one of my mum’s lipsticks – I loved the colour! It was a deep red and looked ridiculous on me as I was so young. I didn’t wear it out the house but still!! But my first make up of my own would have been those sets you get – you know the ones that might as well been face paint! Bright pink blush and blue eye shadows.... oh how we thought it made us look grown up. Haha
